"The kiddie pool was cold. We asked about it and it was “fixed” but honestly it barely got warmer. There were lots of kids there but none stayed in that part for more than 10 mins. We have a toddler and we’re planning on spending most of our time in the playground pool but didn’t spend any time there. "

"The pool area was fine but is showing its age. We had a terrible experience at night in our room, with the people staying in the room above us both nights. Very very loud not music or TV but sounding like they were playing basketball or wrestling up there. Sounded like they were trashing the room and kids running all over even at midnight and after. The front desk was short staffed and not able to help much until we called 3 times. My granddaughters were scared and crying at one point thinking...
