The check in and check out out process couldnt be any easier, and the park itself is gorgeous! "The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future."

"Very beautiful property with lots of great spots to choose from. I was car camping by myself and the host was more than happy to let me park near the guest facilities so I wouldnt have to make my late night bathroom trips in the dark. I was very surprised at how much was offered for guests (free use of washers &dryers, fridge/freezer, shower. Bathroom, etc.) Especially with how affordable the stay was. Definitely would reccomend!"

"This was such a fun little retreat in the mountains. Our boys (age 6 and 3) loved staying in the tipi and exploring around our campsite. Fox Pass cabins was the perfect mix of the fun parts of camping (s’mores, hot tubs, outdoor play) with the luxury of having your lodging set up, running water and bathrooms, and not having to haul all your gear. "I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I stayed from April 10th to April 14th, and the room conditions were unacceptable. There were cockroaches in the room, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and the sound insulation was very poor. It was easy to hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to rest. After checkout, I forgot my Apple charger (adapter and cable) in the room. I returned to the hotel the same day and again the following day seeking assistance, but instead of helping, I was directed to an online lost and found system (Report ID: 45246624). Since then, I have only received automated responses. No one from the hotel has contacted me or made any effort to assist. I also tried calling the hotel multiple times and sent messages through the booking platform, but no one responded. It is extremely frustrating that even after going back to the hotel in person twice, I was given no real support and was redirected to a system that does not work. This reflects a serious lack of customer service, communication, and consideration. Based on this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing."
