"It’s a good choice for staying near the lake. We stay there for a couple of days every August. It looks like the rooms were upgraded since last year. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are really, really comfortable. No restaurant in the building, but it shares a parking lot with Shoney’s, where they have a fantastic breakfast buffet. On the other side of the building there’s a convenience store with a couple of restaurants. Desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. "

"I was pleasantly surprised. Living room was very clean and spacious. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable. I’ve slept in in a hotel, although the pillows left a lot to be desired like many hotels. "

"Made a quick overnight stop at the Hampton Inn Birmingham Leeds. It’s a great option for travelers needing somewhere to stay between Birmingham and Atlanta. It was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. An added bonus is that its close to Buc-ee’s."
