"The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!"

"The only good things about this location were the parking and the location itself. Other than that, our stay was not pleasant. We found a cockroach entering the room. On the night before we left, the guest in the room above us made an excessive amount of noise, and it took about two hours in the middle of the night for the situation to be resolved. The bathtub was slippery, and while the room was generally clean, the cleanliness was not up to standard in every aspect."

"We walked into our room and the curtains would not close all the way, as I was on the 1st floor I did not like that. The young lady at the front desk was helpful and changed our room. There were a few tiles in the bathroom that sunk down and made a noise when stepped on and one of the beds, sneaked when sat on a d sunk in."

"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."

"Somewhat difficult to find, but friendly front desk in large lobby. Clean, well maintained and quiet rooms with excellent lighting. Hot breakfast above average. Excellent value."
