We arrived late and the young man at the front was chill and straightforward, he was also awake before we were awake, and was trimming the weeds on the property which shows that they take care of the place. It also felt super safe and is very well lit. As for the rooms, they were clean and had the basics: a fridge, a microwave, and a shower all clean. "Nice place. Quiet, clean, nice view. Only 2 suggestions - both first world problems so not deal-breakers. The outside chairs are just plain stupid. Avant-garde and absolutely useless but I just carried a kitchen chair out. Coffeemaker also avant-garde and rather impractical, but usable."

"Super nice lady when we checked in for our 2 night stay. Next morning we asked front desk for another blanket, never got it. Maid service was good, but the shower curtain had mold on it. Breakfast wasn’t very good. You need to buy containers of yogurt and milk, not big dispensers. Air conditioner worked great."

"The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

"If you're traveling Highway 58, the Willamette Pass Inn & Chalets in Crescent is a fantastic place to stay. Surrounded by towering pines and some of the best riding roads Oregon has to offer, it's the perfect home base for exploring the Cascades. The rooms are comfortable, the property is well-kept, and the mountain setting makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of Oregon. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. It's an easy walk over to Manley's for a great meal...
