"I felt unsafe at this property. The room was minimal in amenities with no carpet on the floor, only two bed pillows & broken furniture."

I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. Finally got on my own but could not go out as planned or take my dog potty for fear I would not get back in. Later that night a maintenence guy changed the battery and miraculously my door lock worked as it should."

"I planned a trip to Carter Lake late in the process and all hotels closer to the lake were booked. It was about a 30-minute drive to Crater Lake from this hotel, which was not a problem for me. The hotel is older with few amenities, but it is clean and safe. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was fine for me."

"Amazing owners who are just a delight to work with. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Lots of easy parking. Several restaurants within walking distance and close to grocery and department stores."
