"Hotel has clearly let the property go.. rotted wood. Missing door handles.. dirty carpet.. broken ice machines.. Parking lot is full of pot holes, very flip flop rates vs 3rd party booking. Very very disappointing"

"Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. "Easy check in and check out, staff was nice, room was clean. We had a little problem with the bath tub draining properly but over all a nice place to stay."

"There was no breakfast on my last morning there. Which is supposed to be included in the price I paid for. Rooms are decent but no microwave is included and there was no body wash in the shower. only shampoo and conditioner"
