"Our first impression was poor because the young lady that checked us in was confused about our reservation and scrolling on her phone the whole time. Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out."

"As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. "Overall this is a really nice hotel on the Delaware. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered to the room free of charge, which is a nice touch. Upgrades are desperately needed. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear people talking until 2am. On top of that the heating system is loud and woke us up several times over night. When I complained to the clerk at check out he said they would look into it. No compensation offered for our lack of sleep. "
