Being able to sit on the back porch sipping coffee in the morning overlooking the backyard garden was spectacular. Didn't know bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs, but could have used the exercise anyway. Location can't be beat. I recommend this property to anyone staying in Princeton."

"The electric entry was out of battery, so the thing beeped all night every 30 minutes! Which made sleeping impossible! Saw one cockroach in the kitchen sink."

"Javann was great & very responsive. He responded to all my messages promptly & when I couldn't figure out the lock box he drove over to help me (it was user error on my part). The neighborhood is older, but the neighbors I interacted with were friendly. Inside of the house was very clean & exceeded my expectation. There was a lot of space for my 3 kids & dog with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & bathroom. It also had a backyard where I could take my dog. Parking was first come, first...

Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. Interior is lovely and almost makes you feel you are in California (instead of NJ in winter.:)"

Joan was very attentive and helpful if we needed anything. She went out of her way to accommodate our family. We had the best time and wanted for nothing, super convenient."
