"Staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced at a hotel. Lots of variety and plenty to eat. I would defenitely stay at this hotel again."

"Everything was clean and staff friendly. You need to bring your own blow dryer. They don't have any in the room or front desk."

"I really enjoyed my stay! This was my first time in Ankeny, IA. My room was very clean and smelled so nice! I looked forward to walking into the room every time I went out. Breakfast was fine for me and had adequate options. The breakfast room was clean and well organized. There was a football game on the TV in the lobby and I had fun watching with the friendly female receptionist who was a fan of one of the teams. I will definitely plan to stay here on future trips if the price remains...

"Not the fanciest hotel but cozy and felt like home! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable with clean and soft sheets. Excellent shower power and hot hot water. Safe area with plenty of fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance. The included breakfast had lots of options including different breads/bagels with plenty of spreads, assorted cereals, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, pancakes or waffles and assorted tea...

"Gostei bastante dessa estadia. Staff super atencioso, foi o check in mais rapido que ja fiz na vida. Quarto novo, limpo e bem arrumado. Café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de opções salgadas, como ovos mexidos e bacon. Recomendo com certeza!!!"

"I appreciated Carole and Nicole at the front desk. I worked more with Nicole and she is exceptional. Julie, the Front Office Manager, also was exceptional in assisting me with some business items. I stayed in the hotel 4 nights and felt at home. There is a lovely gift shop. I will definitely return and I highly recommend this classic and beautiful hotel. I was here for a high school reunion and staying at the Historic Park Inn Hotel provided a perfect environment to relax and to meet...

"extra clean room"

"I like that the property had both a pool and a hot tub although I didn't end up using the pool. I also like the gym even though it was small no one else was in there at any point that I used it and they had plenty of equipment for me to use. All of the staff were polite and friendly. The hotel smelled clean and free the mildew smell that a lot of hotels end up getting in them over time. The only exception to this was in the gym area but I suspect this is due to the gym being right next to the...
