"Honestly I would have given them a bad review because I discovered crunched up chips under the fitted sheet, the fridge leaked water all over the food I put in there, and I had trouble with the key card not working at one point. However, they were friendly and took care of the problems very quickly. There was plenty of breakfast and drink options in the morning and the beds were comfortable. "Great stay at the SF Junction. Came in late at 7:30pm but Annie still was SO WELCOMING and took our late supper order. Rooms were clean and had everything except a hairdryer. Breakfast at 0800 was excellently served by John and Justin/cook made the best French Toast I’ve ever had! Kudos to Justin and John. Made us feel at home. Wish we could have stayed longer than just 2 nights. Hope to be back next year."

"Perfect location for my business trip to the hospital, which is a block and a half away. They only have two rooms available while they renovate the building. However, they are very well done and actually have more of an air bnb vibe than a hotel. Which is awesome for those of us who stay at way too many chain hotels for work.
