"While the location was the reason I chose the hotel. It was disappointing to open the room and find several three used dental floss picks throughout the room. The staff were nice but the cleaning staff avoided our room. It may have been that I have a Service Dog?! We were gone most of the day returning in the late afternoon around 4:30pm. The cleaning staff were well past our room down the hall. So this was a bit disappointing that they never came in to empty the trash etc. Also our neighbor...

"Very pleased with my stay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! The juice machine was out of order the two days I was there but that didn’t affect my experience. Definitely would stay here again."

"This a wonderful place. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay again."

"Ficamos encantados com o hotel! O quarto é ótimo, cama uma delícia, tudo muito limpo e bonitinho! O café da manhã estava bem gostoso também, não tem uma variedade enorme, mas as opções são bem gostosas! "

"This is my second visit this year.Just a wonderful stop always"

"Fizemos uma extensa viagem em dezembro, passamos por várias cidades e além disso, já viajamos para os EUA há mais de 15 anos e, sem dúvida, esse foi o MELHOR hotel em que ficamos. Instalacaoes excekentes, comida boa, muitas atividades, quarto imenso, dona super simpática, um tesouro de propriedade. "

"My room was not ready at 4:30pm. I had to stand in the hallway and wait outside the room with luggage. Their ice machine was not working. There is no handrail at the entrance with stairs."

"The hotel was undergoing much needed renovations. With that said, the staff was helpful."

"Great"

"Viaje familiar muy buen lugar, muy limpio solo el domingo mala atención con el desayuno"

"It is not really a 'lodge' per say or at least not what we are used to seeing in a lodge. It is an older hotel on the water. Some of the amenities were good but the rooms, especially our bath and shower area, were clearly old and worn. The staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was okay. It is also right oon a very busy road. Not sure we received the value for what we paid for the night we stayed there. We would likely not stay there again."

"This was a great hotel - clean room, great breakfast, and friendly staff."

"why can't all $158 (all in) a night hotels follow this model, note for note. regular fridge/freeze a major plus for travelers, kitchen sink nice if you want to wash up some fruit for your next leg. I picked this based on how new it was, not price, and will stay here (and this chain) again. QR code for tips should be standard."
