"This was perfect for my daughter and I. The house was very clean, the beds and bedding are so comfortable. The location was perfect and the area was quiet even tho there was a horse show going on at Bruce’s Field. We will definitely stay again."

"Only complaint is there were bugs in the sink when we came back after dinner one night. It’s a cabin on the lake, so I get it but maybe spray for them since summer is upon us. Wood on the walls needs a deep cleaning. Could see a lot of dust accumulation. Other than those few things it was adorable and had everything we needed."

"We were in CLT for a wedding and preferred staying all together vs separate hotel rooms. This house was perfect! The decor, furnishings and bedding were excellent. The overall cleanliness of the house was great. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. Very quiet neighborhood and super close to the Ballyntine area and all amenities in that area."

"We stayed here for our son's army bt graduation, it was very clean, quiet, there's a park next door, the owner is easy to communicate with, the property is well stocked with everything you need and they even left a welcome sign personalized with my name! We didn't get to spend a lot of time in this property, as we were away on base for family day and graduation, day but it was a very nice place to sleep and relax when we needed to! "

"Very close to downtown yet quiet. It came with paper towels, garbage bags, tea and salt and pepper and oil and even shampoo and conditioner which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Owner was responsive to our needs. "
