"Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. "I was in Winnipeg for a conference at the RBC Convention Centre and it was the perfect spot to pick. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.
I did use the indoor golf simulator to unwind and it wasn’t too bad. There are both left and right-handed clubs set up for you to use if needed.
The hot breakfast options were great, love the waffle maker and that the omelettes were different every day.
Would definitely stay here again when...

"The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and the best thing is that it is located around everything, shopping at Polo Park, excellent restaurants and a movie theatre, not far from the Zoo and many parks. I have stayed there for many years and couldn’t be happier with the location that is close to so many wonderful things to do in Winnipeg and their rates are very reasonable."

"Most memorable stays I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed, which really set the tone for the entire stay.
