The house has 2 bedrooms. One room with a double bed and another room with 2 single beds.

The house has 2 full bathrooms.

The living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster.

The pool is in the main garden. There are no safety measures for children, it is accessible from the living room.

There is a back garden with a barbecue area.

The garden is fully fenced, and dogs are allowed. An extra 25 euros cleaning fee is charged for a dog.

10 minutes (3.8 km) drive to the beach, 16 minutes (1.2 km) walk to Begur.

Parties are NOT allowed.

Groups of young people are NOT accepted.

The house cannot be occupied by more people than those indicated in the reservation

Water consumption will be controlled by meter reading. In the case of consuming more water than allowed by the Drought Decree, the fine will be paid by the tenants.
