"I arrived at 1am and just wanted to sleep. Got room number and key, the key didn’t work went to front desk and Nick was nasty and said oh that one is broken I moved my room and that room the toilet did not flush. I had to deal nasty Nick again finally got a 3rd room and was not very clean. I went to desk for a 3rd time to let him know that all I wanted was a clean wand to sleep as I was exhausted. "Checking in was quick and the desk clerk was pleasant. The room was very clean on arrival; however, what was disappointing is that they do not clean the room or provide replacements (towels, coffee, tea) until your third night stay and we only stayed two nights. It was not pleasant to come back to a room that had not been cleaned, the beds made, and items replaced!"
