"Bugs in room specifically in bed comforter. Pool under maintenance, breakfast no meat options non pork eater here. Staff tried to accommodate but mentioned the third party reservation so it wasn’t nothing they could do. I know to go directly through the hotel paying top dollar for mediocre is insane "

Room was nice, however, even though we made our reservation 2 months in advance we got one of the worst room locations possible-elevator was literally at our door, ice machine was next to us, and stairwell next to that. VERY noisy. Walls and floors are VERY thin. Heard someone above us using the toilet. Heard someone else going in and out of their closet with a squeaky door about 6 times at 730am. "We recently stayed in the Hideaway, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit. The entire property is gorgeous. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is amazing! The history of the home and allure is second to none. The grounds were beautifully manicured and you are close to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The only drawback is that the mansion resides very close to a busy intersection and with that comes some noise. "

It was a little noisy given that the parking lot was right outside my window, the ice machine was one door away, and I could hear the people on the 2nd floor so I wouldn't recommend it.
