"Quarto confortável, numa área de muitos restaurantes, hotel limpo, academia boa, café da manhã ok, poderia ser melhor, c produtos naturais mas acho que a falta de funcionários por conta do COVID n ajuda pra que isso aconteça! Academia boa, porém não devia ter horário de funcionamento. No geral ficaria nesse hotel novamente"

"Wallace and Nancy are the most gracious hosts. The property is beautiful, you can feel your stress melt away, and while this property is very close to the best restaurants and shopping, when hanging out at the cottage it is easy to forget you are in the city, it feels like you have escaped to the countryside. We had the best breakfast in the mornings....mixed fresh fruit with creme and granola, followed by eggs benedict and for dessert gooey homemade brownie...was just one of the awesome treats...

"I love our spacious room, and 2 tvs my husband watch his shows and I watch my Netflix. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and free drinks during happy hour. My only complaint is no ac inside the elevators."

"The breakfast was limited to what you could have and they were out of a lot of things, and it wasn’t being refilled in a timely manner. The phones in the rooms to call the front desk doesn’t work. I had to walk down to request for some more towels they were very nice in providing, but yet not letting people know. The phone system doesn’t work."

"Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton."

"The property looked like other Tru properties where we’ve stayed and the room appeared the same but a closer look showed it’s an older property and the needs some updating. The bed linens were thin, dingy, the pillows smelled a bit and the bed was lumpy, hard and very uncomfortable and should be replaced. We got to the breakfast area at 9:40 but the juice and yogurt machine were both empty and the coffee was weak and that’s usually all we have. The food manager should do better. I definitely...

"The room was not very clean. Throughout the stay (4 nights) they did not come to clean our room once. We had to bring our dirty towels to the office to get them replaced with new towels. When we asked the front staff they told us rooms were cleaned daily- again not accurate, when we asked the second time that staff said rooms were only cleaned on request- they told us ours would be done the next day- it was not cleaned. There was a musty smell to the room. With the $60 deposit I was worried...

"Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day."
