"Stayed in off season & was not busy. Few issues with water supply pump but things happen & only out few hours. Otherwise the property was fairly well maintained & the staff was helpful. This resort is away from the city so the light population isn't bad & the stars & moon were beautiful rising over the top pool. If looking for smoke, ran into locals at resort & every beach has a guy."

"We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was in a perfect location—close to all the areas we wanted to visit and easy to find. "We had a terrific stay here! We used to love camping, but now our bodies love comfortable beds and air conditioning. This place has the best of both! The container room was completely comfortable. The kitchen area has a refrigerator so it was easy to keep supplies there. And you are surrounded by nature - deer, donkeys, goats, sugarbirds, toads... This site is located near Salt Pond Bay, the best beach on St. John, in my opinion, as well as the start to Ram Head trail, which is a gorgeous hike....

"My family stayed here for a week-long vacation. the home and car made it feel like our second home! The house was very well stocked with kitchen, linens, and laundry essentials. The location was actually really nice to be out of the business of town and not a far drive at all. "The place is well kept and just as advertised. "We had a great stay. A little snafu upon check in- the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the property manager rectified it quickly. Appreciate the prompt responses of the property manager and the unit was clean and ready for us in about 45 minutes. Super cute villa and VERY convenient. Really only con was the noise of traffic late at night. If you bring ear plugs or a noise machine you can mitigate some of that noise. Overall a wonderful girls weekend!"

"Very clean! Close proximity to the Sapphire Beach and Red Hook. A/C worked really well, which is a blessing in the heat and humidity.Only gripe would be the bed pillow as i wasnt my cup of tea, but not going to ding against the owner as that's a very subjective opinion. You are able to see the ocean from your balcony too, which is a plus! Overall a solid pick and great value!"
