"This property was huge in and out. We had more room inside than we needed and there were six of us. The outside fire pit and out building with a deck overlooking the river was a great spot for hanging out at night. The only issue we had was the upstairs toilet was not working at its best and the owner said it was most likely getting replaced. I will still give the property 5 stars because everything else was a plus and I would definitely rent again."

"The owners are very friendly and respectful. We love the area and its nice and peaceful. We will definitely be back every year. I wish the pond had an areator but its still a nice pond to fish. I would definitely recommend this place "

"We had a really nice stay! My child loved the “no-grown-ups-allowed secret room” (lower bedroom) and playing Captain of the boat. The kitchen had everything you need; I was able to cook full meals using the griddle provided. "

"This is a great property. Exactly as described, in a private cul-de-sac. Our son will be attending OU, and this will be our go-to spot! After a full day of lectures and getting in our steps, we were able to relax on the rockers & enjoy the sunset. Communication & check-in a breeze. Book it!"

"We adored the rolling hills and vast landscapes of SE Ohio, all the more thanks to the VRBO we stayed in. Chad was an excellent host, and any questions we had were answered promptly. We didn't get a chance to explore the grounds surrounding our cabin due to time but if we stay again we will! PLUS the chickens that live on the land are so cute :)"

"The only down fall to the stay was the extreme amount of spiders around the house. "

"Very nice cabin with no traffic. Road was very curvy. Beautiful views. Close to OU but in the country. Backyard cute but it rained the whole weekend. Kleenex was the only thing missing. Check out a breeze "

"Cute little cabin tucked away in the woods. Perfect for a little primitive style getaway and close to Hocking hills"

We got rained out on Friday and it was an all day stay on property day. "Only stayed as a couple but this place could easily accommodate a family! It was clean and beyond comfortable! Two great bathrooms and two comfortable sitting areas to watch TV. Quiet and private! "The location of this apartment is great. One street over from court street. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so be ready to climb a lot of stairs.
