"This was our second stay and it was just as great as the first! The house and play room are impeccably clean and well stocked with anything you could need for your stay. "We had a nice experience staying here. Don was very kind and friendly.. he supplied all the amenities you’d be looking for except for TV and Wi-Fi. The cabin was very well maintained and clean. He had a stack of firewood with fire starters If you want to have a fire, there was a grill available upon request. It’s only 10 minutes from Baldwin. It’s a great jump off point for going to places like Leland Traverse City. We took a day and drove up M22 . We enjoyed exploring Michigan. I would rent it...

"We had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, hang out, and every game imaginable was available. Great back deck and a yard that's great for throwing a ball or a frisbee or anything else. Little beach space perfect for younger children and the kayaking on the lakes is great. Easy to get to and grocery nearby makes cooking for the group easy. Would recommend. "
