"Gostamos muito do hotel. O quarto é ótimo, super espaçoso, vista linda, cama confortável e um isolamento acústico impressionantemente bom. O rooftop é um ponto turístico da cidade, muito bonito, entretanto o serviço do bar lá é muito fraco. Filas imensas e demora para conseguir pegar as bebidas pois há muito poucos funcionários atendendo, pelo preço cobrado, o mínimo que se espera é que já que não há garçons para servir na mesa, quando a gente vai até o bar pegar bebidas haja funcionários suficientes para entregá-las. Há uma série de restaurantes no hotel, o que facilita muito. Comemos no restaurante italiano e a comida era ótimo. Atendimento um pouco lento (novamente por poucos funcionários) . A área das piscinas é muito agradável. A localização do hotel é excelente. Pode-se conhecer a maior parte dos pontos turísticos caminhando. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente, mas precisam melhorar o atendimento nos bares e restaurantes contratando mais funcionários."

"O cardápio do café da manhã era bom porém as frutas e frios estavam sempre quase que congelados. Aparentemente eles deixam na geladeira à noite inteira e tiram direto para servir estavam quase congelados. A máquina de café não esquentava direito o café e as comidas quentes ovos bacon linguiça feijão tomate estavam mornos numa temperatura não muito agradável para consumo. Havia bastante variedade e equipe de funcionários era bem prestativa mesmo sendo terceirizado o restaurante"
