"The flat is well appointed, clean, and very quiet. It is steps away from the seaside pavilion as well as the dockside attractions. Even better was the prompt and friendly communications with the owner who instilled a sense of security and welcome."

"Thee apartment was lovely, although some of the cutlery in the drawer was dirty. We booked this accommodation because there was on site parking advertised. The owner rang the day before to say that the parking bay was very small and we may not be able to fit in it and the chain can hit the car when windy, Unfortunately I damaged my car trying to park in the space, so this put a damper on what should have been a nice week."

"Really nice apartment, modern and up to date, beautifully furnished and in the perfect location for our weekend. Only downside is it’s situated on the top floor which means four flights off stairs and then another step set once in the apartment! The bedding was bobbly and could do with replacing but overall a lovely apartment😊"

"Spacious, well equipped, clean and within 5 minutes walk of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It worked perfectly for our party of 4 adults. We were prepared for the stairs up to the second floor so considered it as training! We had lots of kit for walking, running and swimming, so shelves/ drawers in the bedrooms wouldn’t have gone amiss and a few hooks for towels/coats would have been useful but there was plenty of floor space for all our stuff. "Nice property in a central location, close to the beach and promenade, as well as local restaurants and bars. Good base for exploring the local area, close to Staithes, Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay. Flat was spacious and clean, having everything you would need for a short break. Only grumble was strict check-in/out policy, not being able to access entry until 4pm, and early check-out by 10am."

"Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. Located close to mainly areas, Beamish, Newcastle, Durham etc. Can’t recommend this place enough a lovely cozy warm stay."
