"Nasty ass room had roaches "

"The only thing nice was pet friendly. The room was disgusting. Looked liked poop smeared on the ceiling, blood stain splattered in the bathroom wall and by one of the beds. Food and sticky stuff in the end table drawers, toilet never flushed properly, the floor was black and sticky and walls had looked like dry boogers. The only decent staff was one gal that I only saw once and that was the night before I left. When I alerted the one staff about the room she stared at me like she could care...

"Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. "Parking was easy. The kitchen had enough stuff in it but when I opened a cupboard a couple of bugs scooted off. Same in the bathroom cupboard - bugs in there too. The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy. The beds were ok and looked fairly clean."

Unfortunately the room we stayed in (room 406) reeked of dog pee in the carpets, if the air conditioner wasn’t on high the smell was overwhelming. It is a pet friendly hotel, and accidents happen. My home is pet friendly as well, I don’t let my animals urinate on the floors at home, if they did I’d have the floors cleaned professionally with an enzyme cleaner. I expected more from a Hilton Hotel."
