"Immeuble datant d'1 an avec de beaux matériaux mais pas entretenu. Les communs sont très sales et il y a un manque d'entretien dans les appartements. Aussi, pas de personnel d'accueil et nous avons passé 1h dehors à appeler pour avoir les codes d'accès non reçus par mail. Malgré tout, séjour correct."

Im Endeffekt standen wir eine Stunde vor der Haustür bis wir endlich die pin Nummern für Eingang und Flat bekamen. Treppenhaus war schmuztzig, es hat sich auch während unser 4 Tägigen Aufenthalt nicht geändert. Der Aufzugknopf in der 3. Etage war defekt. Mann konnte zwar rauf aber nicht runter. "The apartment is in a very central location. A two minute wall to the main train station and also a lot of decent restaurants. It was very expensive and not that much higher then a standard size hotel room. It was very clean and had a great bathroom - they came and cleaned every day which was great. However, it’s road facing and I got the one on the first floor. So I heard the traffic and people throughout the night. Also the WiFi was terrible. Was not great particularly as I needed to have...

"Die Wohnung passt hervorragend zum Inserat, wir waren sogar positiv überrascht, wie großzügig die Räume sind. Toller Platz zum draußen sitzen und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Selbst den Grill haben wir nutzen dürfen und wir hätten auch die Möglichkeit gehabt, die Außentoilette zu benutzen. Top!! Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Kurze Wege in die wunderschöne Innenstadt mit tollen Restaurants, zum Bahnhof ist es ein kleiner Katzensprung und bis zum Schiffsanleger keine 10 Minuten....

"Apartamento com todos as condições e bem estimado. Muito confortável para famílias que queriam mais independência em termos de horários e alimentacao. Apenas muito quente dentro do apartamento, mesmo com os aquecedores todos desligados. Podiam ter lençóis para além dos edredões, pois por vezes fica muito quente usando o edredão."

"BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!"

"The apartment is located in downtown Luxembourg City where there are many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance and city tram and bus stops right outside the building for convenient access to anywhere else we wanted to go. It is a 10 minute tram ride to the central train station and a 30 minute bus ride to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family of four. I would definitely stay here again, if we return to Luxembourg."
