"The lady at the front desk was wonderful and so welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. The entry was nice and clean as were the hallways. I forgot to request a nonsmoking room so our room had a little odor. The breakfast was fresh and hot all the way up to closing time for breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!"

"We had bugs in our room and felt them through the night which was very disruptive to sleeping Random people driving through the parking lot when we were next to our car asking for gas money and was evident they were using drugs Check in process was delayed and they kept telling us to call back every hour to see if our room was ready - this went on for 5 hours"

"At 11:00 PM we were startled awake by what sounded like a jackhammer right next to us. The maintenance room shared a wall with our room and I found a man in there working on some kind of cabling. This frightenting noise continued on till about 12:15 PM. AC quit working. Carpet was soaked by the desk area. At 11:30 PM I attempted to get these issues resolved with the staff. I went down to the front desk only to find it unmanned. I rang the Ring doorbell at the front desk. No one answered. I then...

"The rooms were very clean as was the hotel. We had a noise problem with the room and they changed us to another room. I'll go back without thinking twice about going! Very good night's sleep."

"Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in."
