Ski View Condominiums are so well known amongst people who love coming to Red River for their vacation! These have so much to offer such as great views, the massive community deck allowing guests the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the amazing weather Red River has to offer. Use the Ski Views community gas BBQ grills(Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate) to show off your grill skills! The Ski View Condos are right off Main Street making them perfect for any guests to wanting to walk through the town stopping at the many stores and restaurants. You are even in easy walking distance to the Ski and Summer Area. Enjoy the commons area that is provided by the Ski View Condos, a great place for anyone wanting to get away and watch some TV, play games, or even do laundry with the coin-operated washer/dryer that is able to be used by all Ski View guests. Even though these units are Condo's, step through the front doors and be amazed at how roomy this units truly are! They are so spacious that it is a better choice than a lodge or a hotel! Ski View Condo 4 is a spacious two-bedroom, two bathrooms that is on the main level of the Ski Views. Step into the front door and immediately notice the open living room, dining area, and kitchen. Play games with family and friends, or relax while flipping channels on the flat-screen TV and DVD player giving the guests the option of watching satellite or movies brought from home! The Ski Views also provide free WiFi for guests to use during their stay! In the living room you have a sofa that can be pulled out to a queen sleeper, but still, have plenty of room to be able to navigate easily through the whole living room. Ski View Condo 4 has just recently been updated with new countertops in the kitchen giving plenty of counter space. One of the best things about these units is that the kitchen is open so anyone cooking will never be out of the action with friends and family! When walking back to the hallway you will find both bathrooms. One on the left and one to the right. After the bathrooms, there are two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with queen beds.

Misleading listing

The listing states there is a fire place in the condo and that the first bundle of wood would be provided. The fireplace was electric and does not put out any heat. It was our desire to stay in a place at the foot of the mountains and enjoy a fire all week. We work from home and the internet was very poor. The cable in our bedroom did not work. We called and were told someone would come take a look at it. They never showed up. The game room is on the property but the property manager we spoke to was not able to tell us exactly where it was. We found it and did enjoy using it. Overall, we were very disappointed and we do not recommend this property.

Best Place in Red River

I've been staying at Ski View since 1982. It's a place I always look forward to. I've stayed in many different units over the years and all have been great. I personally like the bottom floor as the stairs up to the upper units are steep and narrow, but they are nice units too. The only part of this unit I didn't care for was that the fireplace is basically fake. It looks like a projection and does not seem to heat in any way. I always look forward to the wood burning fireplaces. I hope that's not becoming a thing of the past. Regardless, I'd stay here again. The management company is also great to work with.

Loved our stay!

Our first floor condo was very nice and provided everything we needed. We travelled with my 80+ year old parents and the stairs were a bit difficult for them. The pictures don’t really show the stairs to the condo, but they are definitely there. We would definitely stay here again when stairs aren’t an issue.

Excellent, very very clean, lots of freebies, fabulous view of the slopes as the name says, no mice ( as was our last experience at a different location), warm, super kitchen and appliances - and so much more! Thank you so much.

Just what we needed

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is just what 2 guys needed. Gas grills were clean when we cooked steaks. Great view of Main street and the slopes. Looks like it's only one parking spot per condo, but there is plenty of street parking. Would rent again!

Perfect Property for Family Ski Trip

This property worked out great for our family ski trip! The bedrooms were a little small for all of the ski equipment, but to make up for it there was plenty of space in the living room, kitchen, and seating area. This cabin was perfect for the 2 families with the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa. The outdoor space was also a nice amenity, it allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather we had over spring break. The location is great with all of the downtown activities Red River has to offer right outside your door. Our only complaint was the amount of hot water available for showers, but if you plan accordingly you could get a couple of showers in before it ran out. I would recommend this property to all of our family and friends.

Everything was great about home. Wr have an issue with the parking. Only one spot and the back was so full of snow, there was no extra parking.

NO SLEEP!!!

WOW! The stairs leading to the unit above is in the downstairs unit. OH, it's walled off but SERIOUSLY??? Who the hell thought up this design? You could hear them pound up the stairs every time they went to their unit. Not only that, but you could hear every step they took while in their unit and at 2 O'Clock in the morning it's damn near maddening. We didn't get a good nights sleep until we got back home. I would highly recommend getting an upstairs unit or staying someplace else. We'll be staying someplace else next time we travel to Red River. We travel here frequently and it was a last minute decision to stay here. Won't happen again.
