"We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. We went to dinner and got back to find it still not on and finally came back on 7:20 pm. The...

"I stayed at Sapphire Village during my stay in St. Thomas and everything was great. My host, Raleigh provided very detailed info to assist with all of our needs. The one time I messaged her for a quick question, she replied instantly. The condo was nice and cozy and very clean. We took her recommendations on dining options, traveling on Vitran, and island hopping on the ferry. You can’t go wrong staying here. I will definitely return on my next visit."

"This was our second time staying at this property and will not be our last. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking dinners easy. The murphy bed was super comfortable and made it easy to stay with 4 people. The location is a quick walk to the pool and Sudi's. Communication with Lourdes was quick and helpful."

"This is our second time staying in this condo and we loved it both times! It is clean, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. It's close to the restaurant and pool as well as a very short walk to the beach. There's a fantastic view of the marina, ocean and nearby St. John from the balcony. The balcony also has comfortable seating and a table that we used often to enjoy the morning sunrise and to watch the boats in the marina. Sapphire Beach has many beautiful fish that we saw as we...
