Red Fox Hollow - Hocking Hills, Clear Creek, Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Swing

Red Fox Hollow is a vacation getaway to the natural wonders of Clear Creek Metro Park, Hocking Hills and Christmas Rocks. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a fun family trip, to relax with friends, or to reconnect with nature, Red Fox Hollow has it all.

Red Fox Hollow is a beautiful Amish built cabin that backs up to a creek, with an outdoor hot tub and fire pit. It is 10 minutes from Clear Creek Metro Park and Christmas Rocks, and 20 minutes from Cantwell Cliffs and Rockhouse in Hocking Hills.

The cabin is located on 1.39 private acres with a creek, hot tub and fire pit. Due to its remote location, the cabin only has satellite internet so streaming and zoom calls can be difficult. We have a strict no pet policy due to family allergies.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Red Fox Hollow. The den was so cozy and we enjoyed games and movies. Ann Marie was quick to respond to questions we had. The cell\internet was spotty but that was communicated beforehand and we had planned for it. The only trouble we had was trying to start the campfire. Located some matches and used our wits and once we got it going enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the peaceful evening. Overall we had an excellent time.

My mom and I stayed here for her birthday and absolutely adored it! The cleanest and all-inclusive rental I’ve stayed in to date. The space was cozy and I really loved the decor, coffee/s’more bar, fire pit area, etc. The jacuzzi was top quality. Not far from the amazing hikes at Hocking Hills State Park. We’ll be staying again in the future. :)

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Red Fox. Place was very clean and stocked with everything you need and more. Kids enjoyed walking the creek bank and making s'mores by the fire pit.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the RFH. The home was well stocked with necessities and had some special touches. The coffee every morning was my favorite. I kind of enjoyed that the wifi didnt work well as it forced us, especially the teenagers, to spend time as a family. The games provided helped us with this as well. :) My only suggestion would be a better mattress and bed that doesnt make noise with every movement and turn for more restful nights. We weren't able to find the cornhole boards but we loved the hot tub and firepit. Overall we really enjoyed our time here as a family and highly recommend it.

Had a great relaxing time in this cozy cabin. The place is well stocked, and clean. I only had to reach out once to have the hot tub cleaned. The host sent someone immediately, and had it taken care of. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend

Perfect for our family get away. The creek out back was a huge perk for us. Plenty of ways to relax and play here. Cabin was even bigger than we thought it be from the pictures!

My family loved our stay! We were able to connect with nature and re-connect as a family. My kids enjoyed the large selection of board games, exploring the creek, and the fire pit. We also enjoyed being close to Hocking Hills and spent a lot of time hiking the different trails. Excellent family vacation location!

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving trip away from home! The cabin was beautiful and very homey! Would recommend for families! Communication with the homeowner was great!

My girlfriend and I had a great time. We felt like we it was just us the whole time. The beds were comfy, the place was clean, the hot tub was fun. The only thing I’d recommend is the internet terrible. Less than 1mbps, 5-6 when it was clear out. Still not good enough to stream. So be prepared. They had good movies to choose from.

It was a nice break from normal life. The house was well stocked with games for our family. We loved the hot tub outside as well as the creek behind the home. Hocking Hills State Park was very close and we spent several days there. Overall, it was a lovely trip.

We had a great stay at Red Fox Hollow for a weekend. Everything was perfect. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. The loft was very spacious, kitchen and main area were huge compared to the photos. Fit 7 easily. Also, the hot tub fits 7, not 4! We were pleasantly surprised! Thanks again! Would def book again!

It was a cute spot. The pans could use a replacement. As the frying pans made everything stick. The toilet handle broke. We had to use the inside part of the toilet to flush.

Red Fox Hollow is super cute. Everything was advertised yet it was bigger than I thought it would be. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. I did have trouble with the deadbolt lock, but the host responded quickly. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit or hot tub, but they looked to be in great shape. My friend and I and our kids (3-13) all enjoyed it!
