"Back and side doors broken only entrance was front door. The room we had been given had not been cleaned. Waited 1.5 hours (I have proof) for the clerk and so called mgmt. to find us a different room only to discover it had no shower curtain and the trash hadn't been emptied. Our keys didn't even work the next day upon our return. The blind was as dross trying to keep the daylight out, and you can hear and feel every foot step and door shut in the place. We only had one event with the dog...

"Rm 317 heater did not work. It was awful cold-- They are currently renovating the entire hotel and I imagine the hotel will be wonderful when it's all done. We missed our connecting flight so we checked in at 11 PM and checked out at 9 am... just there to sleep, but I think I would stay there again if I needed to. Not sure anyone really cared that the heater did not work, so probably won't be fixed anytime soon. "
