"Sofa in the room looked pretty disgusting with stains, so we just avoided sitting on it at all. The TV's volume was locked so low (under 50%) that the speakers may as well not even have worked. Only one tiny trash can in the whole room. AC worked well enough though. Staff was generally friendly and parking is a bit limited, but we were never without a spot. Could certainly do worse in Abilene."

"The room was okay but the carpet was old and torn. The tub was nasty and moldy around the drain. I wouldn’t take a bath. The bed was nice and clean with fresh sheets and the refrigerator was clean. Overall, the room was not worth the price. This was a two star room with Three star price. Beware!"

"I paid $453 for one night at this hotel, and after seeing the first room they assigned us, I honestly would not have let a stray animal stay there.

"The condition of the room itself was disappointing. The bathtub was peeling and bowed noticeably when stepped into. The bathroom ceiling appeared to be a patchwork repair job, and the walls throughout the room were in desperate need of fresh paint. The coffee maker did not work, the body wash dispenser was empty, and one of the pillowcases was stained (yellow).

"Not impressed with the room or amenities for the price. I felt penalized for not being Hilton Member. Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around
