"Beautiful country setting. The host was so helpful. He sent us pictures of his driveway so we could make sure our car trailer would fit and clear the trees along the driveway. He even went over before we arrived and trimmed the trees along the driveway so none of the branches would scratch our trailer. The house was very clean plus the kitchen had paper towel, k-cups, sugar, creamer, dish soap, so many extras. Our stay was very.comfortable. We highly recommend this property. "

"check in was easy, the house was beautiful and spacious for our family and kids. kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, pans, and seasoning. nice bbq and covered area outside.wifi on vrbo email was not correct but a text to owner got us the correct info. access was easy, the address on vrbo map location is incorrect so be sure to type it in or it takes you past the road. the access down to the caney was amazing. nice walk and plenty of room to explore. the kids loved it. we saw deer and enjoyed...

"We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We only stayed for the weekend but had everything we needed. We loved the fact that once we got there we were away from everyday life. Great view, comfy beds, and enjoyed wonderful dinners. We would definitely stay here again. Owners have GREAT communication. Big plus. "

"Immaculately clean, light and airy, spacious. Check-in was easy as can be and Jami replied to DMs quickly. This was by far the best rental house kitchen we’ve had. Their knives were actually sharp, they have plenty of bowls, baking sheets, etc. and nice appliances. Location is not far from the pleasant grove recreation area, Burkesville, or Celina. We enjoyed breakfast at Ollie’s nearby."

Amazing outdoor space with bonfire and big covered table. Two living areas and huge kitchen with tons of counter space. We were so pleased!!!
