"Second time we have stayed here. Check in was efficient both times. Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was better than expected for the price. Parking didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Lots of room and easy to get into. Bed was comfortable. Heated towel rails so towels were warm. Pretty quiet. Room was warm once we figured out the heater - only suggestion is have instructions for how to use the heater printed and in large font. The heater control is small and the pictures even...

"24 hr front desk. Comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Onsite food and coffee. You can select from a range of pillows with the pillow service. The staff are actually super nice and we found the stay to be fantastic for our work trip. "
"I stayed here for 5 nights as I was visiting friends who lived in Kew. It was spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had some noisy neighbours one evening but the staff handled it efficiently.
Next door to shops which was super handy. Really enjoyed my stay. "
"Very convenient to Epworth Hospital and very friendly staff…just what I needed when my husband was having major surgery! This made his hospital stay seem so much more manageable for me. I think he liked having me close by too. The room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!"
"Second stay at the Adara, and was a 1 bed apartment and spacious.
A little dated but perfect location for me and a 15 minute walk to the MCG.
The only comment I would make is there was no hand soap, still uses disposable shampoo/conditioner etc and there is no dish in the shower to put them in."
