The cozy apartment tree is located in the house of the landlady and extends over two levels in the upper or Attic of the family house. It is comfortably furnished and divided as follows: • 1 combined living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen (separated by a bar) and comfortable seating and dining table for 4 persons and a small terrace • 1 modern bathroom with bath, shower and toilet in the lower • 1 additional guest toilet in the attic • 1 bedroom with double bed (+ cot) upstairs • 1 additional bedroom with 2 single beds in the attic (accessible by stairs) • Outside: A parking space for the car is at the house and a large Lawn with garden furniture invites you to relax in the garden (barbecue included).
