2 bedroom beautiful home in Rechlin

In the immediate vicinity of the Müritz, in the district of Rechlin Nord, there is a separate holiday home for up to 6 adults and 1 baby on the owners' approx. 500 m² residential property. 1,000 square metres. A beautiful bathing area is approx. 150 metres away, and the popular Müritz cycle path also runs here. The marina with boat hire and restaurants as well as the famous aviation technology museum are approx. 800 metres away. The holiday home, which is around 80 square metres in size, centrally heated and equipped with insect screens, extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a dining room (dining table, corner bench, radio, microwave), a bedroom (double bed, sitting area), a small kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle) and the bathroom (shower, WC). A relatively steep spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with the living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, lake view of the Müritz) and another bedroom (1 x double bed, 2 upholstered loungers). There is also a furnished terrace, sun loungers, a barbecue and a smoker, a car park and a cot. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen and towels. Rechlin is a state-recognised resort on the south bank of the Müritz. The small towns of Mirow and Röbel are approx. 10 and 18 km away respectively. The town has restaurants, shops, a marina, jetty, bathing beach, boat hire, children's playgrounds and much more. The aviation museum in Rechlin Nord provides interesting insights into the time when the town was a testing ground for the air force, the shipyard and the town's history, while the Müritz National Park is just a few kilometres to the north and is one of the most important habitats for rare animals and plants thanks to its huge forest complexes, many small lakes, meadows and moors. Visitors can explore the area themselves using the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails. Guided excursions are offered for observing wild animals and birds. Numerous observation towers have been built for this purpose.
