At dinner, I asked if it would be possible to take the food to the room, and she said: “Take the plate and carry it yourself.” That is what we did. The next day, with another hotel staff member, I tried again to request a late check-out and luggage storage, even offering to pay an extra half-day. The response was completely different: “Ok, you can stay until 1:00 PM. You just can’t stay longer because the hotel is fully booked.” A total difference in attitude and professionalism. None of the power outlets in the room worked. Only the bathroom outlet functioned. A hotel without an elevator cannot be considered a 3-star hotel. This type of staff behavior is unacceptable. "

Café da manhã excelente. Tem estacionamento em frente com poucas vagas, mas para a época que fui foram suficientes. Tem aluguel de equipamentos pode esqui no subsolo."

Porém o ponto negativo são os restaurantes do hotel, pouca variedade de opções, comida muito ruim e não condiz com a qualidade do hotel! O bar é ótimo, tem boa variedade mas em relação a comida no hotel não é recomendado. "
