"A well situated lovely apartment. Initially we struggled to gain entry my fault I’d had instructions since January and did not realise. Loads of gadgets if you’re technical. Water for showers was lovely and hot. We had no issues with noise. Parking was opposite £21 for 3 days but knowing the area we parked on a road 5 mins away. "

"A different day a different walk straight from the door. Just what we wanted! Beauty all around, on the doorstep. Swim in a gorgeous tarn 10 mins walk away. "Amazing property . Loved the carved wood ceilings and wood panelled walls not to mention the secret door. Never seen so many books outside a library. unfortunately didn’t stay long enough to read any. Also a vast selection of DVDs. "We hired the bunkhouse for two nights of birthday celebrations and walking. Great location with stunning walks right outside the door. Wainwright’s Inn is a few steps away, as is the co-op with its little cafe upstairs. I hope to make our stay an annual event. Highly recommended!"
