Two bedroom, two full bath modern home with a main deck and additional deck off the master bedroom. WiFi is included at no charge. Air Conditioning. Fireplace. Hardwood floors. Huge yard. Fully furnished kitchen, and one of the most amazing and serene views on the river. Minutes away from Wabasha and Lake City, gorgeous river towns situated on the Mississippi. Come enjoy Septoberfest or Riverboat Days in Wabasha, Water Ski Days in Lake City, or Watermelon Fest in Kellogg. This home sits on top of Reads Landing, a quaint little river town located just north of Wabasha. Views of the Mississippi and Chippewa Rivers are impeccable.

Beautiful, Peaceful Spot

David’s home is an absolutely beautiful spot to getaway, relax and enjoy the view of the river off the deck. The property is spotless, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with and the house had everything you might need and more. We met family there for a few days and enjoyed many sights in the area including the Eagle center, Frontenac State Park, the Red Wing boot company and Kinstone. Although we cooked a bit we also enjoyed some fun restaurants in the area recommended by the host. We would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again if we are in the area.

This place is amazing We stayed here one other time and felt the same way. Views are incredible, it’s super clean, communication with owner super easy. The only problem is, it’s so great it’s booked a lot!

Mini vacation

The location is spectacular! And the house was very nice. It was clean, nicely furnished, and provided a panoramic view of the Mississippi River valley. The master bedroom is beautiful. The second bedroom was nice, but a much smaller room. This is a beautiful place to be!!

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and very clean home with the BEST view of the river and bluffs! Perfect size for one or two couples. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to this area.

Relaxing house with incredible view

This house had one of the most incredible views of the Mississippi at one of the most quiet locations. Appreciated that there were a bunch of things provided like k-cups and drinks in the fridge. Would strongly recommend!

2nd Stay- Really enjoyed this property!

My wife and I stayed at this property for the 2nd year running and really enjoyed it. The property and the hosts are great! It is a super relaxing place, very private. Nice place to get away to for some solitude, peace and quiet. We enjoyed traveling to Winona, Lake City, Red Wing and Wabasha. We also enjoyed crossing over to WI and driving through the small towns there. I'm sure we will be back. Would recommend this VRBO without reservation.

Quiet Oasis

We had a wonderful visit to this lovely property. The home is super clean with comfortable furnishings. We were lacking nothing. The location is breathtaking with such stunning views of the river below and Wisconsin beyond. Wabasha and Lake City are nearby for fun visits. The Reads Landing Brewery is a great place to eat. David was a very attentive host and it made for a great experience. Hope to return in the future.

Most Amazing View

OMGosh the view was fabulous. I can only imagine what it would be like in the fall. The house was super nice and extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were drinks in the refrigerator. The beds were really comfy. So peaceful. We didn’t want to leave. It’s close to Lake City as well. Would recommend it to anyone.
