"Lovely staff, a few problems with the room but the staff swiftly sorted that out. Also had a miscommunication about timing of breakfast which meant I then missed it, however the staff kindly got me some fruit and yoghurt. "

"Adoramos a localização, a estrutura e o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente a camareira Michele, que foi muito gentil em me acompanhar ao centro da cidade após o seu horário de trabalho. Um fator super agradável e diferente neste hotel é que eles disponibilizam uma máquina de gelo no corredor, o que foi fundamental para nos auxiliar a enfrentar os dias de extremo calor. Seria ótimo se todos os hotéis tivessem a mesma ideia. Adoramos."

"Simple, efficient. Nice room. We only stayed one night, as it was a family party that we travelled to. Hotel seemed to be empty/almost empty when we stayed."

"Room and bedding were spotlessly clean. Big TV, power shower and a balcony whilst being ones of the cheaper places in Reading. The exterior and location is a bit strange but there’s not much they can do about that and it doesn’t detract from its appeal. I’d definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is definetely a bit shabby and down-at-heel, but it is clean and the staff friendly. Although it was a shared bathroom this was not a problem. The shower was surprisingly strong and as hot as i needed. The room was small but the matress on the bed was very comfortable. If you're happy with cheap but clean then I'd recommend it. I'd stay again"
