Nestled in the tranquil Razlog Valley, offering breath taking views of the Pirin, Rila and Rhodopes mountains we are proud to present this 2-bedroom self-catering apartment situated at Balken House Terra Complex in Bansko

The apartment can comfortably cater up to 6 adults, the main bedroom (bedroom A) has 2 single beds with cupboard space and en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom B in the main apartment has 2 single beds with cupboard space. There is also a pull-out couch available in the sitting area as well as a full bathroom with bath/shower.

The apartment is fully furnished with all the usual home comforts to truly make this a “home away from home” experience. The apartment has it's own refrigerator as well as a small 3.5kg washing machine for guests to use. Guests can also make use of the free Wifi available inside the apartment, Netflix is available on the TV, as well as a small portable Bluetooth speaker. There are also a few games and activities for the whole family to enjoy, such as games and puzzles inside the TV unit drawers.

Balken House (Terra Complex) guests are free to make use of the facilities at Terra Complex resort.
Facilities free to our guests include; 24hr reception, lobby lounge area, ski lift shuttle 6 times a day to the Bansko Gondola Elevator, BBQ area, children’s club and playground, free parking, free WiFi in public areas, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool (seasonal) towels are provided at the pools, sauna room, gym and steam bath.

Extra paid for facilities include; spa, restaurant (breakfast buffet, lunch a la-carte, dinner buffet),bar, recreation facilites such as billiards, air hockey and pingpong. There is also the internationally recognized Pirin Golf course as well as airport shuttles.

Ski rental, school and storage is available onsite as well as an ATM.

For our more adventurous guests there are numerous off site activities available such as, mountain climbing, river rafting, biking, fishing, hiking, off roading, ATV's etc.

If you're looking for a more relaxed or cultural experience there are a few monasteries, village tours, hot springs, lakes, nature reserves and Bulgaria's oldest tree to see and explore.

For some sun and sand, Thessaloniki beach in Greece is a 2hr drive away (proper passports and visas required to cross the border).
