"This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Hull. The speed of check-in, the friendliness of ALL the staff: reception, bar, hygiene they are a credit to the place.
It's perfectly placed too, just a short walk from the railway station and the marina, close to great shopping areas too, but more importantly it's ideally situated for exploring Old Town. "

The bathroom was well stocked with bathing products but could really have benefited from a small revamp. Shower head had alot of lime scale and the toilet wouldn't fully flush. "Easy location to find and plenty of free parking. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff super friendly but professional. Pub next door is great value and plenty of options. Easy to walk in Hedon centre and £10 gets you a taxi to Hull Centre. Absolutely amazing value!"
"Reception staff were a delight; provided comprehensive overview of hotel and facilities on arrival; very welcoming too; nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. Bar staff amiable and efficient. Room upgraded at no cost which was a welcome surprise. A comfortable nights sleep was experienced in a clean well maintained room. Will definately stay here again. "Everything easy no hassle at all made to feel welcome with my dogs. The only thing I didn’t like was the expensive rib eye steak Definately not worth the cost it was like a bar meal so next time we stay shall be looking for a steak restaurant. Other than that I would Definately recommend."
