"This was a scary stay. I told my kids that I thought that I was staying at the Bates Motel (google the movie Psycho if you are not familiar). It is in a desolate area and gave off a creepy vibe. The parking lot has huge potholes. The room itself was pretty good. I have no complaints there. No coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Good internet connection, which was an issue with other hotels that I have stayed at. I would not stay here again."

"This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here."

"The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! We even booked another session to the 2 we already had booked. Definitely would go back again. Wabash BBQ is literally down the street-Great Food! Not a lot to do outside the...

"Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers."

"Great family place to stay. This hotel was very clean and had big spacious rooms. For our short stay we didn’t utilize kitchen, but if staying longer it would be a nice addition. Breakfast was good, several options. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool after a day of travel."

"We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals"

"The hot tub was broken so we could not use it as we had hoped. The consider in the shower was supposed to be attached to the wall but was not and sitting on the tub with screws sticking out. We never got to breakfast because it ended at 9 while other places it ends at 10."

"I stayed for an event in downtown Liberty and it was a fabulous experience. I ate at the Red Door and had a great experience there as well. Downtown Liberty was more than I imagined. I love a community that supports small businesses and families in the marketplace. What a wonderful community."
