The owner communicates well, the cabin is clean and full of everything you need to cook meals and be comfortable. Lots of space for visiting and cooking outside as well. We hope to be back again next year! "

"It doesn't get any better than this if you enjoy nature and fishing. The view from the cabin any time of day is phenomenal, but especially sunrise and sunset. The lake is great with mostly clear water and plenty of fish. We caught in the double digits every day we were there. The location is perfect whether you're planning to float one of the beautiful rivers nearby or even have business in Springfield. It's even close enough for a day trip to Branson. "Nicely equipped little cabin, super close to Montauk. Very clean! Porch was great for sirting outside in the morning with a cup of coffeee."

"Great place. Love that there were 2 washers, 2 dryers, and 2 refrigerators. Large living room where the whole family could spend time together and the kitchen had plenty of room. We had a maintenance issue, and the owner was quick to correct the problem. It could have been a little cleaner. Owner is addressing that with the cleaning staff."

"There is a beautiful cabin sitting on OH-amazing property! Sooo much to explore and see!! The hosts/owners were phenomenal! My hubby and I have stayed in many rentals throughout the years, this is one of two we've wanted to return to. In fact, we tried booking another stay online our second day but unfortunately none were available. We absolutely hope to return in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water and check on other features on the property we missed."

"Nice property with updated features and furnishings. Property was clean and had all the expected items for a comfortable stay. Covered porch on front and back was nice.Excellent communication with the owner. I would recommend this property."

"The house was lovely and was even decorated for Christmas. This is a perfect place for adults and perhaps older children. My only problem is that it is also an antique shop and there is a price tag on most of the furnishings and decorations and i was stressed due to having a special needs child and was worried he would break something so we couldn't fully relax"

"The place is good, overall we're happy with our stay, but here's a list. No curtains or blinds in the kitchen. Utensil drawer track broken. There was nothing to hang clothes on in 2 of the 3 bedroom closets. Bathroom door has no door stop, so it hits the wall when opened. Hot and cold water are reversed in the bathroom sink. We would stay here again, but would like to see a couple very simple fixes. "

"The cabin was clean and so comfortable for our group. We stayed with our son, daughter in law and 7 year old grandson. The toy box was a huge hit with our grandson and we appreciated the ability to close of our own sections of the house. Would 100% recommend to any group needing a place to stay. If we ever need a place to stay in Licking in the future, this is definitely where we will be staying!!"
