  • Country living meets a peaceful retreat here at The Eden.

    Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. From the moment you step inside you will not want to leave. From the cozy living room to the large king bed to the full kitchen, The Eden has everything you want in a get away.

    Oh did we mention you will be staying on a flower farm! All summer you will also be able to enjoy large blooming fields of flowers and even enjoy a private “you-pick” to bring a little piece of The Eden home!!
    The space
    This space is curated for adults only.

    We only accept bookings from guests with a completed profile and previous positive reviews.

    This studio one bed one bath is perfect for any couple or single person.
    This is a separate stand alone building located on the owners property
    Guest access
    You will have a private parking space, the indoor space and a patio space outside The Eden.
    Other things to note
    The Eden is located on a private property/residence. This is also a fully functioning flower farm. You may see the host(s) throughout your stay and during flower season there will be activity including flower farming and flower events such as customers attending you-picks or other scheduled events.

Beautiful!

The Eden was a beautiful place to stay on a working flower farm. It exceeded all of our expectations, and the cottage is gorgeous with the most comfortable bed ever. From the kitties, to the flowers, to the cleanliness, this a must do if you’re ever near Lincoln!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at The Eden and it was exactly as listed and shown in the photos. We loved the privacy of being in the country and everything inside was extremely cozy and clean for a late December stay. The fireplace and dimming lights were also a plus.

Beautiful, peaceful country stay

The Eden @ West Mill is a charming, peaceful, lovely stay in the country. The owners have done a wonderful job creating a beautiful, clean, place with a modern cottage core feel. Mr husband & I are grateful we found The Eden and hope to visit again!

Peaceful and Perfect Rental

For my first time renting a house instead of staying at a hotel I was more than satisfied. I could only hope that all places measure up to this. I would definitely book again and recommend it to anyone looking to book a room in the area.

Cozy and quiet

The Eden was the perfect place for our weekend. Just outside of the city, this retreat was quiet, comfortable and just what we needed. The flower farm setting was beautiful to see in the morning. All of the comforts you could need were available.

Terrific getaway from the city!

Perfect for our anniversary weekend. Location was easy to find, quiet, private. Decor is lovely. No stairs, close and free parking. Highly recommend!

It's magical!

The Eden at West Mill is pure magic. The VRBO is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Guests are invited to pick flowers from the garden before leaving. It is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Thank you so much, Tom and Becca!

Beautiful place in a relaxing environment

The space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was so nice! Lots of details to make this a great stay - heated bathroom floors, cozy couch with lots of pillows, all of the kitchen supplies that you could need. The location is perfect as well. Gorgeous farm land. Short drive to James Arthur Vineyards and a delicious pizza place down the road. It was totally quiet the whole time we were there and provided the most relaxing getaway.

Beautiful property

Very quiet and clean. Updated property. Pictures very accurate. Anyone would enjoy this get away. Our WiFi didn’t work, but we were not there enough to need it or mess with asking about it.

Restful Retreat in Rural Wine Country

This listing immediately caught our eye with the elegance of the decor and the cozy warm atmosphere it portrayed. We were not disappointed when we arrived. This is truly a hidden gem in a part of the country you wouldn't expect. It was affordable, remote, and near not one but two local wineries. The host was an excellent communicator and to boot, there's some super friendly adorable fluffy yellow cats on the property! :) My wife and I had an excellent time and will be hard pressed not to come back in the future.

Quiet and relaxing

The Property and Room are beautiful, relaxing, and quiet. We enjoyed the pleasant conversations and the respect from the owners. The Owners are very pleasant with gentle cats, goat, and horses. The flower garden has a wide variety of flowers, encouraging relaxation in the tranquil countryside. The West Mill Room is very nice, clean, quiet and private. Everything worked as expected and we are very grateful being able to find and stay at a property with respectful, caring, responsible owners. Highly recommend the stay to everyone!

Here's the deal about this place...

I've stayed in MANY vrbo's, and this was BY FAR the most pleasant experience i've had. This is a PUURRFECT (you'll understand that reference is you stay here) getaway for a couple, small family or just 4 friends. We came for the Michigan/Nebraska football game. Our place was SOOOO MUCH nicer than the larger one my in laws rented in town(which smelled like weed and mold). The Eden at West Mill is everything you could ask for in a quiet, country weekend in the prairie. There even a winery a couple miles away!

Cozy Cute Cottage (w/) Cats! - The Quad C’s

First off, the owner of the property (or at least who I was speaking to) was fantastic. They gave us info before we needed it and were very responsive when I had any questions. Second, the actual location is fantastic! Our plan was a weekend of scooting around Lincoln and staying here, in the country, at night. It turns out that I think I liked my part of the stay here more than in Lincoln. The flower picking was the perfect couples activity but don’t expect to do much else in Raymond (the town they’re in). That is a major part of the charm though so don’t take it as a downside. You have the option of staying in a cute “cabin” and playing with the friendliest farm cats, or you can drive to Lincoln in 15 minutes and do big city stuff. We’re already thinking about trying this place out again in the winter when it’s covered in snow. Needless to say, this is a highly recommended location and owners!

A Perfect Retreat at The Eden

I recently spent a week at The Eden in Lincoln, NE, and it was nothing short of magical. This calm, country-modern cottage provided the perfect setting for a meditative retreat and a visit with a dear friend. From the moment I arrived, I felt the stress melt away. I was greeted by the sweetest cats, who snuggled up to me as I sat on the cozy bench outside, soaking in the peace and quiet. The solitude and serene atmosphere were exactly what I needed to reconnect with myself, and I haven’t felt this relaxed and well in a long time. The cottage exudes a modern yet inviting country vibe, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept so soundly each night, which is rare for me when traveling. The holiday lights added a festive and cozy touch that made the space feel extra special. Being only 15 minutes from the airport made the trip seamless, but once you’re here, it feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle. I truly didn’t want to leave this little slice of heaven. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape to recharge and find calm, I can’t recommend The Eden enough.
