"Bluegill Bungalow was super clean and comfortable! We appreciated all the outside seating including the double hammock. The property was beautiful, especially the front garden with fountain. There are several kayaks for use, but ask ahead of time if the water is high enough behind the house. Otherwise, you can’t kayak out to the open lake. We saw eagles, hawks and egrets and just enjoyed the peace and serenity here. This is a great little getaway!"

"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "Gentle Villa Retreat is a wonderful place to host a group. Our group of 27 ladies enjoyed the place, especially the pool and the hot tub. We had a movie night all in one room. We were able to all sit down an eat together and the same room was used for some group activities. The biggest thing was that there was enough parking. "
