"O hotel é bom como opção para conforto e localização no meio de Franshoeck, muito bom para caminhadas na cidade. No entanto, algumas coisas foram inconvenientes: nos quartos existem lareiras e se um quarto ao seu lado usar a lareira seu quarto fica com cheiro de madeira queimada, são poucas pessoas para fazer o atendimento, quando chegamos (eu estava com dois idosos) e tivemos que carregar as malas até o quarto; além disso o hotel me mandou mensagens de problema com meu pagamento e eu tentei...

"The room was excellent, clean and relatively large. We had a king size bed and AC to cool our room. In addition, the pool area was nice and tge staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot."

"We stayed 3 nights in the Coach house recently. The rooms are fabulous and the views are stunning. Definitely 5* rooms however the whole place is let down by a few service issues. - We had no wifi in our rooms for the entire stay. When we enquired about this on day 1 we were told that it sometimes doesn't work and no effort was made to fix the problem. - Our plunge pool was filthy. There was sand in the bottom and when we looked at the neighbouring room's pool, ours was definitely green....

"We loved our stay at La Villa Retreat! Everything from the way we were greeted with a wine tasting our first night, to the beautiful grounds, to our well appointed room, to the lovely breakfasts made it a great stay. One cool night we requested that the staff light the fire in our fireplace so it would be warm when we returned. Returning after dinner to a room lit by the fireplace was just delightful. If it wasn't so far away, we'd happily return often for a couple's getaway!"
