Cannelle bakery-café is inside the complex, so breakfast is a lift ride, not a scooter ride. Renovated 34 sqm studio: king bed, blackout, full kitchen, washing machine, dedicated 500–600 Mbps fibre and a full-length desk. Quiet gated building set back from the road; infinity pool, gym downstairs; Nai Harn Beach 15 min on foot, 5 by scooter. 24-hour self check-in.

Fully renovated 34 sqm studio on the 5th floor, balcony facing the neighbouring block with sea visible on both sides. Quiet side of the building; the café downstairs closes at 18:00, so evenings are silent.

Set up for remote work: full-length desk, ergonomic office chair, dedicated 500–600 Mbps fibre line that is separate from the building wifi, second monitor and UPS on request. King bed with hotel linen, blackout curtains, quiet split AC, 55" smart TV. Full kitchen: fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, kettle, French press, blender, full cookware. Washing machine inside the unit. Safe, iron, hairdryer. Max 2 guests.

SCOOTERS
Most guests rent one within a day or two; the south of the island opens up with it. We'll point you to the rental we've used for years — French-run, well-kept bikes, fair rates, and the deposit actually comes back.

PS - May to October we do meaningful discounts on stays of one to six months. Message us through Airbnb before booking.

Whole studio is yours. Building: infinity pool with mountain views (podium level, 07:00–21:00), gym, underground parking, two lifts, 24h security and CCTV. Cannelle bakery-café is inside the complex. Reception is open until 19:00; the entrance door works with a card 24/7 — two cards are in the lockbox with your key, one spare. Self check-in any time after 15:00.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Electricity is metered at 8 THB/kWh and water at 70 THB/unit, paid at check-out: a typical month is 1,700–2,500 THB for electricity if you switch the AC off when you go out (more with AC 24/7) and 300–500 THB for water; we photograph the meters at check-in and check-out. One cleaning is included in the cleaning fee; extra cleanings 200 THB/hour on request. No pets (condo rules), non-smoking, no parties, quiet hours 22:00–08:00.


WHY WE CHOSE NAI HARN AND NEVER LEFT

800 m to Nai Harn Beach — the cleanest bay on the island, and one that still has patches of living coral around the rocks at both ends. Kata, Karon, Patong, Bang Tao — the coral there is mostly gone, boat traffic and crowds saw to that. Bring a mask; it's worth the walk in from shore.

Breakfast is downstairs. Cannelle cafe sits inside the ReLife complex — good coffee, croissants, avocado toast, without stepping outside the gate. Menu in the photos.

Nai Harn Lake, a few minutes on foot — a flat loop that locals run and cycle every evening. Easiest running route in Phuket, and a dedicated cycling track is under construction along the lake, expected to open in 2027 — worth knowing if you're training seriously.

For hikers: a trail up to Black Rock viewpoint starts right from the lake — steep in places, but the view over the whole bay from the top is one of the best on this side of the island.

One minute from the gate: 7-Eleven, Lotus's, currency exchange, massage. You don't need a scooter to live here.

Eating — two to five minutes on foot: Ali's BBQ, Italian, Thai, Indian, Russian, plus a dozen more toward Rawai. We've eaten our way through most of them over the years, and sending guests to the right ones is the part of hosting we enjoy most — message us and we'll tell you honestly which are worth it and which to skip.

Worth the ride: Ya Nui Beach and Promthep Cape for sunset, Rawai seafood market and boardwalk, Chalong Pier for day trips to Phi Phi, Racha and Coral Island. Kata and Karon a short ride north for a busier day.

Zero traffic jams. Nai Harn sits at the end of the road, so the jams that define Kata, Karon, Patong and Bang Tao never reach us.
