This villa has a fully-equipped kitchen that has kitchenware and appliance completely such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, hot & cold water dispenser etc.

POLICY:​
​-​Electricity fees: 6 Thai baht per unit (average of normal use is 150THB - 300THB per day)
​-​Security Deposit 300 euros which will be returned ​within 14 days after check-out
​-​Check-in and check-out: Check-in is done after 3PM, Check-out is done before 11AM.
​-​Late Check-in/Early Check-out:
​ ​Check-in after 6PM needs an extra fee of 1,000 baht
​ ​Check-out before 8AM needs an extra fee of 1,000 baht
​-​Do not smoke inside the villa, however, smoking is permitted in the outside areas.
