"No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room. Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side. This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around. Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. "

Center of town is 30 minutes walking but it is very easy to get a taxi and inexpensive Fast internet Many dinning options near by. "Property clean and staff friendly. No front desk or reception area. Didn't match the santuary vibes. Property is behind a car wash and deep into residential neighborhood. I wouldn't call this a resort. I left the Property in an hour and booked a different hotel in the area i really wanted to be in. Staff was very understanding and accommodating and was willing to give me another room. "

"Secluded area next to tiger park it was just what I needed a break to relax enjoy the private pool. The lady that looked after the property was amazing helped with any requests even getting beer delivered. Great staff experience "
