"An amazing stay. Reasonably priced. Great location for a Porsche Experience day. Restaurant location and sunset was lovely. Execution was good. The only downside is that I would have liked somewhere outside to sit as we had a single room apartment. My room smelt a bit of cheap fruity air freshener to disguise the smell of what must have been cigarette smoke. Everything else was perfect. "

"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"The apartment was spotless when we arrived. My daughter has Autism and finds new surroundings difficult to adapt to - she loved her room and the overall comfort and layout of the flat. Everywhere was absolutely spotless and a credit to your cleaners - give them a raise! It was nice to have such a nice place to rest up after our daily trips to Silverstone - I will book again, when we come next. A very big thank you."

"When we opened the door we knew we were somewhere special. The tasteful approach to refurbishing this 1710 cottage was remarkable. We have stayed in many VRBO’s around the world and The Orchard House is without a doubt our favorite. "We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down...

"The cottage is just a described on vrbo. Everything in great condition. We had some issues with the washing machine/tumble dryer. This was solved immediately by Liz an Alan. The owners are very helpful. Thank you both for helping me with my car trouble. We would definitely come back and stay at this location again."

"Excellent property very conveniently situated for a pre Christmas walkable visit to Blenheim Palace. Also, less than a five minute walk to Woodstock’s fine pubs and restaurants. "We had a very quiet time at this pod. The facility was recently built, so it was modern, warm, and comfortable with a great view. It was great that they had a wide variety of coffee and tea, and that cooking utensils were well-equipped. I also felt that they were committed to sustainability, such as using Faith in Nature shampoo. Things to keep in mind are that it would be that there was no dishwasher or washing machine, so everything had to be washed by hand."

"Host was amazing and responded to messages with questions leading up to our stay and checked in to make sure we were good and had everything we need. The property is perfect for one or two people using as a base, it had a microwave and fridge meaning we could make food as well as a plug in table top hob. Thank you for having us stay!! "
